OBJECTIVE #2 -

What are the punishments for those who participate in a street gang? MCCH 20.4.

OBJECTIVE #3 -

Discuss the concomitant elements of prosecution for public nuisance violations, MCCH 20.6

Talk about our DART program where we identify a drug house and the prosecutor's office, in conjunction with the city codes officers, go in and declare the house a public nuisance. The house or building is then posted. Anyone entering while it is posted can be removed and arrested.
